Why run NinjaTrader on a VPS?
A VPS is a Windows computer in a data centre that stays on 24/7 with a fast, stable connection. Your strategies keep running when your own PC sleeps, updates or loses internet.
Which VPS plan do you recommend for AutoEntry?

Do I need a VPS to use AutoEntry?
No, but it is strongly recommended. If your computer turns off mid-session, any open trade keeps its stop and target at the broker, but the strategies can’t take or manage new trades until NinjaTrader is running again.
Will my licence work on the VPS?
Yes. The licence is tied to the NinjaTrader machine ID of the computer you run it on. If you move from your PC to a VPS, contact support so we can move your licence.
