1. Services
Venzitech Traders LLC ("Venzitech") provides NinjaTrader 8 indicators and automated strategies, educational content, live trading calls, coaching and an online community. All content is for educational purposes only. See our Risk Disclosure.
2. Accounts
Client-area accounts are personal. Do not share your login. We may approve, suspend or close accounts at our discretion, including for sharing access, abusive behavior or non-payment.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider and can be cancelled at any time. Access to subscriber content and software ends when the subscription ends.
4. Software license
Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Venzitech software on their own NinjaTrader installation for the length of their subscription. Source code is not included. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, resell, share or redistribute the software or any part of it.
5. Content
Courses, videos, recordings, documents and posts are owned by Venzitech. You may not download, record, re-upload or share them outside the client area.
6. No advice, no guarantees
Venzitech does not provide personalized financial advice and does not guarantee any trading result. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Venzitech is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our software, content or services.
