What we collect

When you create a client account we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and your NinjaTrader Machine ID if you provide it for software licensing. We keep basic security logs such as login attempts and IP addresses. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store card details.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver courses and software, license your software, send account emails (such as verification codes), provide support, and protect the site from abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (hosting, email, payments, live chat) or when required by law.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms. Our live chat provider may set its own cookies.

Your choices

You can update your details in the client area or email support@venzitechtraders.com to request a copy or deletion of your data.

Third-party services

Before subscribing, you sign our client agreement through SignWell, which processes your name, email and signature for that purpose. Payments are handled by our payment providers. Our live chat is provided by Tawk.to. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
